Mr. James has had several experience of leading his own housing society management and understands the nitty-gritty of running the affairs of a housing society so well that he can actually write a book on the same! He has now teamed up with individuals from IIT/IIM and those who have led their own housing complexes to achieve the “Glory of Mumbai”award, as well as various awards at the ward and zone level. Other members of the team are prominent Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, Architects and Retired Defense Officers. We also have a dedicated software building arm which can create bespoke software and apps for diverse requirements.
